All appointments are required to have a payment card on file. Cards are placed on a password protected site and are only used when the situations below arise. You are not required to use said card for payment after session, Rejuvenate takes multiple payment methods.

You will find the business name on the office door and front right window.

Gift cards are available online, expiring one year from date of purchase. 

Massages from gift certificates must be received before expiration.
