Cancellation Policy:

~New Clients / Existing Clients / Gift Card Clients~

Appointments 70 minutes or less have a 24 hour cancellation / modify

of a 100% charge

 

Appointments 71 minutes or more have a 48 hour cancellation / modify

of a 100% charge 

 

No Call No Show have a 100% charge

*Before appointment can be completed there will need to be a card on file for the cancelation policy.

Cards are placed on a password protected site and are only used when the cancellation policy arise.

*You can pay with other payment options day of appointment. Be sure to BRING SAID CARD if paying with card on file to avoid a 3.5% fee due to card not being present.

*Massages from gift certificates must be received before expiration.
