Appointments 70 minutes or less require a 24-hour cancellation notice to avoid a 100% charge
Appointments 71 minutes or longer require a 48-hour cancellation notice to avoid a 100% charge
No-call, no-show appointments will be charged in full
Be advised to book in advance around the holiday season, due to higher booking volume
Gift certificates expiring around holidays may not be eligible for expiration extensions due to last-minute booking requests if no appointments are available.
Be advised of changed cancellation policy around holiday seasons.

All appointments are required to have a payment card on file. Cards are placed on a password protected site and are only used when the situations below arise. You are not required to use said card for payment after session, Rejuvenate takes multiple payment methods. If you are using card, bring payment card to your session. If your card is not tapped or swiped there will be a 3.5% charge.
