All appointments are required to have a payment card on file. Cards are placed on a password protected site and are only used when the situations below arise. You are not required to use said card for payment after session, Rejuvenate takes multiple payment methods. If you are using card, bring payment card to your session. If your card is not tapped or swiped there will be a .8% charge.
